Satellite

Started out as practice to try and loosen up my lines. Used Kaiji as my test subject. Don’t ask about the background, I was doing my physics homework while I worked on this! Kaiji takes a gamble to see how long he can survive in space without an oxygen tank. Kazuya shoots Kaiji out of Earth's atmosphere where he floats in the void of space for all eternity.

I've been in a really bad art block lately. All I want to do is draw and start new pictures. I haven't been spending time on coloring at all... I tried to do a different coloring style but I'm not happy with the results so I'll drop it. I think I'll try to be more laid back about my art. It's not my career, I only draw for fun. So why should it stress me out so much? From now on I'll just to feel more relaxed and less pressured to put as much time as possible into a picture and just have fun with it, whether I do a full illustration or just a simple doodle.
