I love the use of the well-known, romantic quotes in the background. Not only do they give a deeper meaning to the picture and add to its emotionality, the way they are placed throughout the picture also has a very artistic, creative feeling to it. The use of pink in the background strengthens the emotional sense of the drawing, as does the loving gaze on Mariku's face. I especially love how the symbols in the little text balloons explain so clearly their exact feelings towards each other, in addition to the expressions on their faces and their clear body language. This is one major piece of art, BE PROUD ♥
